@KieranMaguire thanks, are there no safeguards in place for this kind of abuse with SCR? Seems a pretty obvious thing to do and some clubs may pay people millions to dig deeper than this and find other creative ways to avoid breaking the rules even if they break the “spirit” of them.

@KieranMaguire heard you on the overlap say marketing costs etc are out of scope of SCR. Does that mean a club could sign “Player x” for £5m a year & miraculously decide his wife/dad/mother/brother are a great marketer & pay them £20m/year as a consultant or image rights advisor?

@AvantiWestCoast what is this about from London to Liverpool every Thursday? You haven’t planned time to stop at South Parkway & because you do stop, it throws the time off. I will miss my connection every week costing me £20 in taxis. plan to stop there & account for it or don’t

@AvantiWestCoast Can you just clarify how you expect to make a 16 min journey (South Parkway to Lime Street) in 11 min (assuming you stop at South Parkway at 20:55) first? If you can justify the times then fine but I don’t see how you can & it’s going to cost me in taxis every week because of it.

@AvantiWestCoast using data online, you only made that route on time once in the entirety of January so far. Most of the time loss is because of insufficient time allocated to South Parkway, even if you call it a stop off only. Misleading passenger info contrary to your licence.

@AvantiWestCoast But you seem to allow no time to stop there. You have it listed as a 20:55 stop apparently (not shown on my tickets) meaning you have 11 mins to get to Lime street even though it takes 16 mins to do so. So you know you will not get to Lime St for 21:06 every time, don’t you?

@Geoff390 @AvantiWestCoast Also, if it is supposed to stop at 20:55 then they know they will never get to lime street for 21:06 because Northern Rail allocates 16 mins to get from South Parkway to Lime Street not 11 like Avanti are trying for and never reaching.

@Geoff390 @AvantiWestCoast Why not list that 20:55 time on any of my tickets for the next month though? I checked ahead to Thur 5 March & it’s still not showing a stop time like in my screenshot. Either way, I am going to miss my connection every week because they will always be a few mins later than 21:06

@Geoff390 @AvantiWestCoast that screenshot is for the train next Thursday, it’s not from today. It is the same for every train i have booked for the next month. When I booked the trains, that was not listed as a stop either so they’ve slipped it in and tried to keep the same arrival time at Lime St

As such, they are the ones potentially defaming people without proof. As I have said, if they can prove it then ban them instantly for discrimination and report them.

The club are inviting trouble with this because if they can prove it then report it and ban them. If they can’t prove it, don’t put that on the seats defaming people to anyone around them

It’s defamation of character pointing out to those around you that they think you are a wrong un’ but don’t have proof. Much like the made up headlock which was a slap in the face to @HerGameToo

The club said the CCTV is so good that they can pinpoint you exactly in your seat. So you are telling me that they can see you using discriminatory language on CCTV and all you get is a sticker and not reported to the Police?
