@DarthVoita I think it's unfair to say he regressed, he was just playing a different role. Anyone's efficiency is going to drop when they start taking a ton more shots. I think he's a better player for it too, we saw him take on more creative load than usual so that's another tool he has now
@DarthVoita I can see it with the likes of JG, maybe Brooks if you choose not to extend him this summer. My only worry is not selling on someone like Grayson. Coming off the back of a career year and his minutes and usage are gonna drop right back down.
@DarthVoita So your argument is, you'll be able to sell higher next year than this year, so you want to be competitive to stop those values from falling?
And you think that pathway is a better alternative than selling high on whoever you can this summer and replacing with younger talent?
@KieranJ_1979@RyanSoccerAA@leadline84 I would be very surprised if he doesn't leave this summer, and Chelsea don't need him right now (although that's never stopped them).
🚨⚫️🔵 Inter will now push to advance on Marco Palestra deal after selling Denzel Dumfries to Real Madrid.
Premier League clubs also keen so open race, Atalanta to start negotiating at €50m initial price tag.
€40m discussed with Inter, not enough.

Potential to be a good player of course but this is one of those examples where good scouting ≠ good recruitment.
Does Hackney fit the profile of midfielder Everton need?
Brings more control in possession but lacks physicality and doesn't have the defensive nous of a true 6.
@CharlieBarnicle Him back on the left would be nice, but I don't know I mean he'll be having less of a break over the summer, he'll be 27 this time next year. I do think now is a good time to sell.
You may also consider this as a down year though, so maybe a year back on the left would help.
I don't even see how we spend the money that Ndiaye would bring in.
Struggling to find DM/RB/LWs that are above £30-35m that would actually join. Now that's not the case for all positions, but those are the needs.
I do think it's the right time to sell though, it's a tough one.
EXCL: Everton face a fight to keep hold of Iliman Ndiaye this summer. New contract(s) has been on table for months but remains unsigned
Forward has 3 years remaining on current deal, so #EFC in strong position. Desire to keep key man

@RyanSoccerAA I say we just sell him and bank the money, sell McNeil, loan out Röhl and then boom Dibling has to start. I fear we may then Harrison Armstrong on the wing again though...
