CIC @Julius_S_Malema exposes legal irregularities in the Ad Hoc Committee, rejecting the idea that a “supplementary statement” can serve as an original submission to Parliament.

Presidential Malema holds the legal team accountable for misleading the process, stating that Parliament cannot be reduced to a rubber stamp of Commission procedures.

“I might not be a lawyer, but I’m a lawmaker. There’s no such law that says a first statement can be called a supplementary. We won’t be embarrassed in front of cameras.”
