Parents, remember, it is not just mask wearing, but high quality, proper fitting, correct wearing of mask that help limit transmission.

Masks aren't magic, they are a really helpful mitigation layer.

@Rich_Hershman @devbasu @onepeloton We have had no resolution either. Don’t be fooled when @onepeloton reaches out on social media, because they didn’t do anything special or solve it. We are just stuck in a holding pattern with no answer. Customer service nightmare.

@devbasu @onepeloton Same thing happened to us. And there’s absolutely no way to contact a supervisor...and there were apparently no notes on our file about the last 5 times we’ve called and gotten 5 different answers. My mood is the same. 😡😡
