@UberEats please can you help. I was promised a full refund as order cancelled (screen shot shows) but i've only been refunded £17 instead of £38. I cant get anyone to reply through the app and am absolutely frustrated.

@djtcgammon@wagamama_uk It wasn't an allergy order. It was a simple please don't put chilli on as our son likes your squid plain. Comes to something when a simple request cannot be catered to for no other reason than policy says no!
