We need that in the United States. Honestly, I've been feeling as if we need a Constitutional Convention to push an amendment calling Sharia and Jihad by name. There are those who say there's no meaningful distinction between Islam and militant Islamism. That may be true. A Constitutional Convention would exclude the federal government from the process. The states control the Constitution.
