@MisterHEnglish Someone who is confident enough in themselves as a teacher to let the trainee make mistakes with their classes and not be worried about having to pick up the “mess” after the trainee does something like poorly manage behaviour. The blame game is traumatic!

So my anxiety about starting a new school has been relatively low. That is until my car decided to break down before bank hol and now garages can’t even get around to looking at it until Monday. My first proper day with the kids. GAAAHHH 😫😭
@SecondaryHOY Underrated but Pep & Co (sometimes found partnered in Poundland) do some really comfy elasticated black trousers for £10 a pair. I swear by them!
