After watching Week 1 of the NFL season I believe we need a real preseason. I saw many players and teams who were not ready for the speed or contact of a real game. Tackling, penalties, mental errors, turned games around. Defenses especially can’t get ready without some contact.
I think we’ll see much better play and have a different impression of many of these teams in October. So don’t get too high or too low on your team just yet.

I don't know what expert made this stat up or how they are tracking it...but #vikings having a 90.6% pass rush win rate against the #packers yesterday seems impossible...no #NFL player is losing 90% of the time and not sitting at the bus stop after the game.

-The Packers have an excellent QB with a nice complement of weapons who can keep them competitive in spite of atrocious line play… Trot even a mediocre line out there, AND WE’RE COOKING WITH HOT GREASE OFFENSIVELY!

-The Special Teams are much improved, and appear to be building upon a significant net-positive this season!

-The defense is legit, and simply has to keep building upon what they put on display out there… AND EVERYBODY OWES KEISEAN NIXON AN APOLOGY!

They all have to learn to finish games though, starting with the Coaching staff. However, as emotionally draining and disappointing as that collapse was, it’s still just game #1(which is still the biggest liar). So, let’s see how they respond!

Yes the officials played a huge role in the game, but the OL poor play just as big as a role
