The distribution mechanics for Prometheans was designed to find individuals that have represented the ethos of Ordinals thus far and are prepared for the journey ahead.

With the help of a hand-selected committee of Ordinals pioneers and OGs, we have selected Ordinals communities that will receive the Prometheans airdrop. These communities were selected based on aligning with our values.

We will begin announcing the selected communities tomorrow.

➤ Diamond Hand Weighting:

We are proud to announce @ordinalsbot as our technology partners for Prometheans.

With their help, we created a custom script that fetches data from each selected community based on how long individuals have held their Ordinal. Now known as: Diamond Hand Weighting.

The script design fetches three data points from each selected community: [wallet], [inscription], and [last transfer].

The last_transfer data point is the unix timestamp of when the Ordinal was last moved. Each community has a delegated allocation and the airdrop will be for wallets that have held for the longest duration. The longer you held the Oridnal, the better chance you have of getting the Prometheans airdrop.

This aligns with our mission for Prometheans to represent what it means to go on a journey. With this script, we are selecting individuals that believed and had conviction in Ordinals when everyone told them differently. They are individuals that ignored the influencers and paved their own journey into the unknown. They helped shape the incredible culture that we see today.

As a sign of respect and admiration for these communities and the Ordinals culture, we are distributing 85% of Prometheans supply to Ordinals communities through the Diamond Hand Weighting script, with the other 15% being distributed to CyberKongz holders.
