This is Michele Grünewald.

One day in late summer 2015, at the age of 22, she packed a small suitcase and left her home in Germany.

She was not seen or heard from again.

So where did she go?

For 11 years, there has not been a trace of her. No credit card spend. No postcards to friends. No phone calls. Her mother had given up hope.

Now, she has appeared in the Epstein files. In 2014 (before her disappearance) emails were sent from Daniel Siad to Epstein attaching a photo of Michele, asking or a flight ticket for her and saying “You will love her” and she is “very cool”.

Nobody knows if the flight ticket was issued (surely the police could find that out by tracking her passport) or if the meeting took place.

So who is this Daniel Siad (pictured)? Well that is a longer story. He was born in Algeria and emigrated to Sweden and worked for What’s Up Modelling as a “model recruiter”and he also appeared to also employ escorts.

In fact, Michele moved to Dubai in 2012, to work for Siad. She wanted to be a model and told her mother she was a waitress but confessed to her father that she was working as an escort and Siad set her up with wealthy clients. Family members say that she was distressed when she was there and eventually returned home.

Other women have come forward and accused Siad of raping them and/or grooming them as escorts, including to Epstein. The Paris prosecutors office have started to investigate him although no charges have been made to date.

So where is Michele? Did Siad persuade her to return to the escort world in Dubai? Did he arrange for her to go and see Epstein? It seems strange that she completely vanished without a trace.

Eine 21-jährige Frau namens Anna G. und ihr 41-jähriger Partner haben in Pößneck (Thüringen) ihre dreijährige Hündin Jette auf unvorstellbar brutale Weise gequält und getötet. Die Hündin stammte ursprünglich aus dem Tierschutz und hatte endlich ein sicheres Zuhause gefunden – doch genau dort erlitt sie wochenlanges Martyrium.

Das Tier wurde mit Geschirrspültabs vergiftet, mit Insulin gespritzt, mehrfach brutal geschlagen und schließlich an einer Küchentür aufgehängt, wo es qualvoll verendete. Während Jette in ihrem Todeskampf litt, beschwerte sich die Frau per WhatsApp über die „Geräusche“ des Hundes. Der Mann antwortete kaltblütig, sie solle einfach die Musik lauter drehen.

Chatnachrichten und ein Video, die später geleakt wurden, zeigen die erschreckende Kaltherzigkeit der Täter. Die 21-Jährige schrieb sogar „Ohne Hund geht nicht“ an Bekannte und verschickte parallel Bilder von süßen Welpen – während sie ihr eigenes Tier zu Tode quälte.

Die Öffentlichkeit und Tierschützer sind zutiefst schockiert. Polizei, Staatsanwaltschaft und Veterinäramt ermitteln. Gegen beide Beschuldigten wurden bereits Tierhaltungsverbote ausgesprochen.

You can pick up a baby bird and put it back in the nest. The parents won't smell your hands and abandon it. Songbirds barely smell anything, and that old "the mother will reject it" line is one of the most worst wildlife myths going.

If you find a naked or barely feathered chick on the ground, it fell early and needs to go back. Find the nest, set it back in, walk away. The parents will come back.

Call a licensed wildlife rehabber if you can't find the nest, the bird's bleeding or cold, or a cat got it. Don't feed it yourself. Find one through your state wildlife agency.

If it's fully feathered and hopping around, that's a fledgling, and it's supposed to be there. Mom and dad are watching from a branch and feeding it on a schedule. You can leave it be.
