The date was changed a couple of hours after I bought these, you said I've already had a refund (I haven’t) and now have just stopped replying!!

Pretty rubbish service!

10. We booked at another local Cinema as you couldn't sort the issue and just went round in circles.
11. 11 days later your still unable to actually respond to what I asked.

What's the point in an unlimited card if you block me using it when you've already inconvenienced us..

Absolutely ridiculous service this morning from you lot.

You cut off the top part of my address and wouldn't amend it. Once this sorted food arrived 35 minutes after ETA soggy and cold. Coffee spilt in the bag covering all No refund!

Called a liar about the address (I should have checked). Even though I have the screenshot. To say the service is abysmal is an understatement!

What an absolutely ridiculously stupid policy!

Banning people who are the backbone of our NHS, who pay their taxes/NI being banned from bringing their children!

In repsonse to the current NHS staff shortages they decide to alienate even more workers!

@OctopusEnergy why do I need to wait 30days for credit to be refunded on my account? You're taking significantly more than required (the past two months I've had to request the £80+ that my account is in credit, but you'll only let me request these every 30 days!

If you're a politician getting paid over £84,000 plus expenses, for mainly office work...

You don't get to tell nurses on less than £30,000 that they're being paid enough for 12-hour shifts keeping people alive.
