No effort was made to make this right, and the chat representative even ended the conversation before the issue was resolved. Hours of my day have been spent chasing a solution for a mistake that wasn't mine. This is not the level of customer service I'd expect from @bestbuy

To make matters worse, I've been trying to get this resolved since **8:00 AM** through both phone support and online chat. The only solution anyone offered was to return the TV, even though there isn't a comparable replacement available.
