@jimsciutto Those thinking the Senate won't confirm all his appointees are only thinking logically. Like when the SCOTUS wouldn't take a Presidential Immunity ruling or if they did it would be 0-9 because a U.S President is not King.
The people on here who would absolutely lose their ever-loving shit if a 🏈 coach got hired with scant experience, but that won’t even blink when a dim-witted cult leader appoints an outrageously unqualified person to run a bedrock US institution…
To recap, the Republican Party has opposed:
-Paid sick leave
-Paid family & medical leave
-Universal childcare
-Universal pre-K
-Tax increases on corporations & the rich
-The expanded Child Tax Credit
-Student debt relief
Doesn't sound like the party of the working class to me.
Kamala literally said i will give yall a $6000 tax credit for the first year of your child’s life & $25,000 the first time you buy a home.
And people said Trump, who wants to lower taxes for the wealthiest earners, is going to make them rich again. You can’t make this up.
@MrRedler @pulte I see the frustration. My question is if raising wages won't make up this shortfall l. I don't see a 25K tax incentive proposed like Harris. And if you deport the labor to build new houses I only see the solution being a housing crash in prices. Catering homeowners biggest asset.
@FiveHeadClub@joncoopertweets Those were targeted tariffs on sectors of business Chinese semiconductors and electric vehicles. He is proposing blanket tariffs on so many imported goods it's essentially a national sales tax.
