It takes 1–2 months to get over the visual barrier to barefoot shoes.
First-person POV is worse. Feels like you're wearing clown shoes. No one else really notices.

KB movement: single arm kettlebell clean to offset squat
Prerequisite Techniques: KB clean & deep squat
*attempt with a ‘medium to heavy’ bell
(24 kg kettlebell in this video)
benefits of the offset squat: having the weight on one side of the body, it is thrown out of alignment, and forces the athlete to adjust accordingly to maintain proper posture, alignment, and control through the movement
this increases mind-body awareness, core control, and reaction.
Highly recommend everyone who can clean and squat safely to give this pattern a try!
