Student mental health issues rise while the infrastructure needed to support youth mental health is lacking. Youth are most susceptible to mental health issues, yet they have the most difficulty accessing mental healthcare.

@EM203jchahal Hi Jena, I also really enjoyed the activity on multi-tasking. I have always struggled with procrastinating and often will multi-task to try and make up for lost time. The activity showed me that it is actually better to focus on one thing at a time.

@em203jacobA Hi Jacob, I've also learned quite a lot about the Digital age so far in this course. I think that it's very important to understand the dynamics of this age and how this impacts education.

In the first weeks we have learned about the Digital Revolution and its positive implications for education. Thanks to the internet, information has decentralized and the hierarchy of education is less severe providing less fortune people with equal opportunities!
