Schools in developing nations are extremely crowded and distant from students homes. Due to this, education levels are very lacklustre, and a change needs to be made.
Do you think the current monopolies held in the tech industry are concerning? How about after looking at this statistical-based infographic?

After looking at @SimonneFlynn16 's concept map for environmental issues, another issue that can be considered is overpopulation as this has a direct relation to other problems that have been identified (ie. pollution, deforestation). #em203problems

@EM203jmicic It is so crazy to think about how much marks you could miss out on without having a laptop or computer! Since starting this course, I have noticed such a dependence on the internet (especially in universities) related to assignments, exams, and everyday lectures!
@EM203AndrewL740 This is very surprising! Especially if you think of how many young people have access to the internet (even if it is provided through school if they do not have access at home). And access to the internet seems to be being introduced at such a young age as technology develops.
@em203edosanjh This was also my first time learning about constructivism, and I now feel confident enough to use the term and my new insight to aid my learning in other subjects and assignments!
@EM203vincent Hey Vincent, I think the lesson on how we learn personally has really helped me in my everyday life; especially as a university student! I have been able to apply new strategies into my studying and lecture techniques to improve my grades.
@EM203JLippa I agree Jenna! It is also interesting to compare classrooms and lecture styles from now and a couple of years ago to see how COVID-19 has caused such a fast shift toward a more online style of learning.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I learned about knowledge and personal educational success within the first three lessons of EM203! The interactive components such as the experiment for lesson 3 makes the course very interesting. #EM203Robin
