Global Warming is an issue that affects us daily without even knowing it. We have seen changes in the climate, in our nature and in ourselves that reflect the reality of global warming. It is important to correct this now, rather than later, for the future generations to thrive.
I would like to share this visual map with you as it may help to connect the dots of global warming. Since it is often a big topic it can be hard to understand. For those who are visual learners this may help!
Hi @mmoose0390 ! I noticed you are a member of ecohawks and have a quick question for you about how students can decrease their environmental impact.
What do you think is the best way to be environmentally friendly while at school? Many students think it is impossible to do.
@LaurierGreen Hi! I am doing research on the impacts of global warming and what we can do to decrease our waste. Do you have any tips for students trying to decrease their pollution ?
@Weather_West hi, i am doing a project on global warmeing and am wondering if you could provide me your opinion on what is the largest contributing factor to climate change?

I love how Ellen uses her platform for more than just funny bits! She is helping to give other people platforms to share their story for the world which is so incredible in this time.
@EM203Cspracklin I think it’s great that in your concept map you identified that although the pollution is due to waste, it is also due to the lack of government regulation around what needs to be done and what they support. This is a huge key in ensuring our oceans stay safe.
@em203janechong Hi Jane! You’re concept map is very thorough and I love how in depth you were able to get. On the point of overconsumption I also noticed through my research this led to more waste in our environment.
#EM203problems@SomalHarneet The use of fossil fuels and other non-renewable resources has a huge impact on the environment and especially the polar icecaps.
@EM203gracewest I definitely agree with you! I think using these types of media to learn can help create a better understanding because it is a form of communication we understand and are used to.
