I cannot stress enough about how important it is for you to give a LOT of importance to your sleep, exercise and your posture.

Especially if you're in your 20s, when the entire world is looking for ways to overwork you and ensure that you sit at your desk for long, long hours.

It's also very easy to overlook these things at this age, because you don't really see them as big enough problems while navigating through the chaos of building a career and being caught in the cycle of upskilling.

Opportunities will come and go. Jobs will come and go. Your body and your health is something you'll have to live with forever.
