@nickmmark I love some hydroxocobalamin! We’ve run into a couple of issues at our institution. 1) oxylate nephropathy — we’ve seen significant amounts of oxylate crystal development in urine samples following administration 2) trouble with iHD - due to color change it effected HD machines

@j_momoflittles Not at all! The bedside drama has people running for the hills these days in the ICU. It’s a little sad when you can call it from the onset of meeting some of these new nurses. And for the record that nurse has made an amazing CRNA!
@breadangel@thatnrselife Absolutely agree! It’s crazy to watch how fast we are having people apply. Some of them right when they start with 0 years experience with the understanding they will have a year under their belt when the program starts.
