I have been advising my patients about the importance of Vitamin D for their health. Because we are in lockdown and spending a lot of time indoors, Vitamin D levels can become low. Make sure you take Vitamin D supplements if you are not getting a lot of sun exposure.
That's a brilliant statistic. I know how hard you work to enable our patients to have full access to their records if they wish to. On behalf of the PPG & all our patients a massive "Thank you" to you and all the staff at both medical centres! Here's to a happy and healthy 2020
