@doc_Alaa @Core_EM I think the point @Core_EM is making is there is weak to no evidence of causality between volume depletion and orthostatic changes.

You can find literature on orthostasis as a cause of weak/dizzy, but that is founded on poor data in a disease difficult to prove or disprove

Orthostatic vital signs- not valuable in identifying mild non blood volume loss.

May have sensitivity and identifying large volume blood loss, but if you need them for that, your patient has bigger problems, most notably you.

A random number generator with low sensitivity for volume depletion.

If your patient can't stand for orthostatic however, that may be the most sensitive indicator of volume loss.
