The way I see it, there are 2 solutions to curb the gun problem in the U.S. First, is to make sure that the NICS has up-to-date information & all institution are on board in feeding the right info to the site. The second is social/culture change @Bradybuzz@CSGV@AMarch4OurLives
Although Gun control in the United States is a very controversial topic. The only way I can see a viable solution being implemented, is if the citizens on either side of the argument can agree on a appropriate, realistic solution #EM203Weber
https://t.co/VOYu4MAKgc a very interesting article depicting gun culture in the United States and its effect on gun violence to other counties in the world #em203WResearch
Such devastating news. More security must be implemented to help prevent such horrible events of this nature from ever happening again. #em203weber#em203wresearch
@EM203kirsten A big contributor to air pollution is driving, the emissions from a car's exhaust is very bad for the air. Improper waste disposal is also a very big factor in air pollution #EM203Wproblems
@EM203JohnH A big contributing factor that you have determined that contributes to unemployment is a rising minimum wage. Businesses cannot hire as much help as they see as needed to be successful if the rising cost of labour leads them to hiring fewer workers #EM203Wproblems
@em203rkabeer I really liked the branch you identified of relevancy, when it comes to online learning. Online Learning has definitely become more prevalent is credited to a growing wealth of information and adapting to societal changes! #EM203Wproblems
@EM203MGrosso A very important issue related to climate change that you identified was deforestation. Trees are extremely important because they release oxygen, and it is a much simpler, quicker process to cut down a tree, than to plant new ones #EM203Wproblems
@lauriersam An issue you identified as a contributor to climate change is out oceans. More specifically in that category is a decreasing fish supply, which can drastically alter the food chain #EM203Wproblems
@em203djalabi These are all great problems you have pointed out when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These tips are important for university students to be cognizant of, because they are harder to make time for. Especially getting 7+ hours of sleep! #EM203Wproblems
@TjCaddo Wow, thats super interesting! Im delighted about how much I have been able to learn thus far in EM203 and can really relate to you in this way. I was focused on connectivism, and I can't wait to understand and apply these theories more!
@EM203AMizrahi I share your thought completely! however I thought that this was a great experience for everyone in the course to get a bit outside their comfort zone and learn something new! I too can't wait to see whats in store for this week!
@EM203JKyriacou I couldn't agree more, EM203 has been unlike any other course I have ever taken in the past! it is such a unique way of learning and I cannot wait for the course to progress to learn even more!
@EM203DDevo Hi Danielle! I too have remarkably enjoyed the lessons so far that we have covered in EM203. After reading about the different learning styles, I am so surprised as to how myself and others have been applying these learning theories without even knowing!
