@GovernorNanok@johnmunyes63 Your meeting was a landmark icebreaker after 4 years of friction. We stand to learn from you as our elder brothers and leaders for the betterment of Turkana + Kenya. We wish you well + God’s blessings, @GovernorNanok + @johnmunyes63. Thanks @UKenyatta_Pres
Happy to meet Petroleum and Mining CS @johnmunyes63 in my office today.
We held positive discussions on how to foster collaborations between County Governments &the Ministry on mining and oil exploration. In the meeting was CECM for Water, Environment &Mineral Res. @ENamuar
In tough weather (from 37 in Lodwar to -10 in Alberta) we steered on with the intention + focus to learn more about this mineral, oil + gas, right from discoveries to the most feasible + applicable technologies.
Encouraging results indeed that will contribute to use of less water and an increase in crop production especially through irrigation. https://t.co/CwBHkx1Mj6
To our coalition partners, there’s a time for peace and a time for war. This is the time for peace. Not all of us may have fought in the times of war, but all of us MUST fight for peace. The time for war has come and gone.
How I pray that Salva Kiir Mayardit also travels to South Africa. Find and talk to Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon and salvage South Sudan...the country is almost ravaged. @DavidNdii@KTNNews@ntvkenya@citizentvkenya
@PeterPlokoel Good one there former DG. Planting of trees is requisite as response to climate change + adaptation. Let’s conserve + preserve existing land cover even as we strive to improve access to water collectively.
@EtalePhilip@EtalePhilip, you mean being dressed western and thinking western is civility? That Luo’s foreskin portrays primitivity? Or what’s your description of primitivity?
