🚨🚨NEW: COULD ILLEGAL NONCITIZEN VOTES DECIDE VIRGINIA ELECTION OUTCOMES? HISTORY SAYS IT'S POSSIBLE:

As recently reported, EPECTeam identified 8,566 self-declared noncitizens with Virginia voter registrations that were canceled from 2023 to mid-June of this year.

1,756 had VOTED, and some voted more than once, for a total of 6,111 illegal ballots cast.

There's NO public information about whether noncitizens who did NOT self-attest have registered to vote & voted in Virginia.

However, does it seem like Virginia state officials have greeted this news with a dismissive silence? More urgently, could such illegal votes SWING election outcomes?

Virginia history says YES.

☑️A premier example is the MONUMENTAL 2017 House of Delegates election & recount that resulted in a TIE between Republican incumbent David Yancey & Democrat Shelly Simonds in the 94th district. In fact, the House of Delegates itself was locked in a partisan split. Ultimately, the State Board of Elections held a random drawing (video below) to break the tie.

Not only did the SBE unexpectedly draw Yancey's name and re-elect him, but it ALSO gave Republicans a 51-49 MAJORITY in the Virginia House for the next 2 years.

By the way, in recent years, 233 noncitizens were found to be registered to vote in Newport News, where this district was located.

➡️Below are just a handful of examples of how 1,756 KNOWN illegal votes could have changed outcomes, including some statewide elections.

(This is NOT arguing that illegal votes were cast in these elections -- only that this amount can be PIVOTAL.)

☑️In 2005, Republican Bob McDonnell was elected Attorney General by a statewide total of ONLY 360 votes.

☑️In 2007, Republican Ken Cuccinelli won re-election in Virginia Senate District 37 by a RAZOR-THIN 92 votes. This was in Fairfax County where, in recent years, 1,428 self-declared noncitizens were registered.

☑️In 2013, Democrat Mark Herring was elected Attorney General by a MERE 165 votes statewide. (A recount later increased his lead to 907 votes -- still below the total of hypothetical illegal votes.)

☑️In 2017, Republican Bob Thomas won election in House of Delegates District 28 by ONLY 82 votes. In Fredericksburg and Stafford, 290 noncitizens were found to be registered in recent years.

☑️In 2023, Republican Kim Taylor won election in House of Delegates District 82 by a MERE 78 votes. In Petersburg, Dinwiddie, Surry, & Prince George, 113 noncitizens were recently found to be registered.

➡️Actually, MANY more Virginia examples exist, but you can see from these illustrations how PIVOTAL illegal votes could flip the outcomes. The results are sometimes even closer in primaries and local elections.

Who knows if noncitizens who did NOT self-declare are registered to vote in Virginia? Are deceased people still on the rolls? Have they "voted"? Are voters who moved years ago still registered here? How can the public know for sure?

☑️Democrats have called for "saving democracy." It does NOT save democracy when the votes of Virginians are diluted or canceled out by illegal votes. History confirms that the U.S. Department of Justice is absolutely justified in asking to review Virginia's voter registration records to determine the TRUTHFUL answers to our questions.
