Emerging allegations suggest that former Speaker Among and former Deputy Speaker Tayebwa were both deeply implicated in corruption at Parliament.

This diagram points to a wider network of patronage, nepotism and mutual appointments surrounding Tayebwa. Why then is he not stepping aside, as Among has, to allow an independent investigation into corruption at Parliament?

If reinstated, would he not be in a position to interfere with evidence or influence witnesses?

Is the NRM truly serious about fighting corruption?
