@Anthony_Oswald1 Not that I know of unfortunately, I haven't even been able to get through to Formula E let alone Canadian E-Fest...

For anyone who hasn't done so yet, we encourage you to contact your bank about the chargeback process for your #VancouverEPrix/#Canadianefest tickets. It may take a few weeks, but it's currently our only way of getting a refund from OSS Group.

[Vancouver E-Prix 🇨🇦 @EPrixVancouver]

@joshttran Yes it did, also got an email from Canadian E-Fest informing me of the refund.

Looks like #CanadianEFest has been sending out "confirmation of cancellation" emails to #VancouverEPrix ticketholders with some very confusing language. Refunds are mentioned, this should be interesting. #OSSGroup #Vancouver #FormulaE

This account has stolen money from thousands of people in Vancouver, and seeing as they were representing the Formula E brand in Canada, this becomes the responsibility of all Formula E/1 related companies to deal with. Formula E needs to step in, this is on their hands too.

[Vancouver E-Prix 🇨🇦 @EPrixVancouver]

@aabeedy Beautiful, thanks for the heads up, will be keeping tabs on ours now!

[Nico Slobinsky @nicoslobinsky]

Extremely dissapointed with @Canadianefest lack of response to repeated requests to refund my credit card after the organizers postponed the Vancouver @FIAFormulaE race. I am sure that my frustration is shared by many ticket holders. This is not the way you do business

[Robert Wickens @robertwickens]

Yesterday marked 4 yrs since my accident that left me paralyzed. A lot has happened in that time and I am so grateful to have so much love from my friends, family and supports. Some days I wake up thinking it was a lifetime ago, others it still feels like it was just yesterday.

Dude, where's my refund? #Vancouver Formula E ticket buyers left hanging https://t.co/1NRc6cegr4

[Vancouver E-Prix 🇨🇦 @EPrixVancouver]

@iamkennethchan Ah yes, refund the corporate sponsors but not ticketholders.

[Vancouver E-Prix 🇨🇦 @EPrixVancouver]

Pretty much a big middle finger to ticketholders from the OSS Group CEO here. Wow. #VancouverePrix #FormulaE

Here's the latest for those looking for refunds from Vancouver's cancelled Formula E racing event. https://t.co/nBxguxvSVv

[Vancouver E-Prix 🇨🇦 @EPrixVancouver]

Also worth mentioning, the only OSS Group member with a public twitter profile, @annedroy0, has deactivated her account.

[Vancouver E-Prix 🇨🇦 @EPrixVancouver]

It is now July 20th, 2022. The Season 9 schedule has been announced without Vancouver, and ticketholders haven't heard anything. This is absolutely unacceptable. #Vancouver #FormulaE @FIAFormulaE @Canadianefest @CityofVancouver

Since @Canadianefest isn't tweeting this out, we will. Here is the latest update for #VancouverePrix and #CanadianEFest ticket holders:

[Vancouver E-Prix 🇨🇦 @EPrixVancouver]

@msmithphoto You're looking for @Canadianefest, they are the scammers.
