@Bloomex_canada So disappointed my friend just received her flowers for her wedding this weekend and they are not at all what she ordered. No notice just used different flowers. She is terribly upset and their “live chat” has been pointless. Appalled with their customer service.

@ScandinaveWhis very disappointed. There was a mix up on the booking time (we did get refunded). But the was they treated us was hugely disappointing and infuriating. Really spoiled our tranquil day celebrating our anniversary. Lacking customer service and empathy! Won’t go back
