@sun_hanchi Anthropic echochamber, but this is no surprise, remember when Karpathy was throwing shade to Tesla FSD, then switched... I'm starting to suspect he didn't just left Tesla, he was invited out
@jxnlco Task that you can't evaluate the outcome --> as high as possible
Task that you now and can evaluate the outcome (find info, edit part of a document, copy here-paste there, etc) --> as fast as possible (flash 3.5, gpt 5.5 instant)
@TaroTheCerelean I agree, people not often price-in the labor to put together a gaming PC optimized for console use and good looking, with warranty, plug and play with a cataloge 100 times larger than PS5 and 40% cheaper.
@thsottiaux Hot take... People would be 10x more happy with codex and openai if all that giveaway of tokens you reinvest instead in creating a fable-level model, people would even pay twice for a 15% better model
@MattVidPro Swing what? you can't barely get a few prompts completed without the server litteraly crashing or draining your whole $200 subscription. unusable
@NotebookLM Imagine if it could use the agent to edit the notes itself and do a type of Obsidian in the cloud, allowing you to create your personal wiki and edit / consult then at demand. This would be sooo much useful
Windows users, this one’s for you.
Computer use now works on Windows, so Codex can take action on your Windows computer.
And with Windows support for Codex in the ChatGPT mobile app, you can start, review, and steer tasks on the go while work continues on your Windows machine.
An early experience, but we’re working on more ways to keep your work moving, wherever you are.
