ANNIVERSARY APPEAL - ESRA UYRUN
Esra Uyrun was 38 years old when she went missing on 23 February 2011 from Clondalkin, Dublin in Ireland. She left her home at 7.15am in Collinstown Grove, driving her silver Renault Twingo, registration number 08D23067.
Described as 5ft 3in in height and of slim build, Esra has green eyes and had dark hair with blonde highlights at the time. She was wearing a dark top, black leggings and white Nike trainers.
CCTV captured the Renault Twingo turning right from Convent Avenue into Strand Road in Bray at 8.40hrs on the same day. It almost collided with a Skoda and moved into the left hand side of the road. The Skoda overtook and both vehicles continued down Strand Road. Esra’s car was later found parked in the car park near Bray Head in Wicklow. Unfortunately, the footage is not clear enough to distinguish who was driving the vehicle and attempts to get the CCTV enhanced have been unsuccessful.
In December 2011, Esra’s car keys were found in a chip shop in Neilstown near her home. It was established that her and her husband had lost a set of keys six months before her disappearance.
