Alliance India in partnership with Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Cooperation, NCUI organized a three-day ‘Training of Trainers’ Program on ‘Entrepreneurship and Cooperative Development’ for the state representatives of project SAHAS in its office from 17th to 19th July, 2024. Project SAHAS, supported by Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI) and implemented by India HIV/AIDS Alliance focuses on empowerment of the transgender community across India. On the first day, Anubhuti Bhatttarjee, Program Manager, Aliiance India introduced the participants about the agenda of the meeting. Sumit Singh, Advisor (Strategy & Cooperation), NCUI addressed the audience and explained the role of cooperative entrepreneurship in the socio-economic upliftment of the marginalized sections of the society. He also highlighted the key initiatives of NCUi in the past three years like NCUI Haat, Skill Development Centre, Incubation Centre, etc. He motivated the participants to form cooperative society and start their own enterprise like NCUI Haat Stores, Jan Aushadhi Kendra, Cloud Kitchen, etc. Dr. Shikha Dhawan, Managing Director, Abhya Life described her journey from a public health specialist to supporting various livelihood initiatives across India. She elaborated with examples to uncover unmet customer needs, quality of products, environment friendly jute/cotton packaging and labelling solutions. In the afternoon session, Abhishek Agrawal, Co-Founder, Institute of Social Responsibility and Accountability (ISRA) provided details of ISRA application as a one-stop-solution for accessing all government welfare schemes. He explained the procedure for accessing relevant central and state-specific government schemes for the marginalized and poor citizens across sectors including health, livelihood and social protection.
On the second day, Shri Bipin Kevadiya, CMD, Ethics Group of Companies expalained the advantages and application procedure for Jan Aushadhi Store and also busted various myths around generic medicines. Abhishek Agrawal explained the benefits of branding and social media promotion for business development. Anu, Community Mobilizer, NCUI Incubation Centre along with trainers (Shashi Mathur, Rinku Thakur and Ritu) provided training on various handmade products like soaps, candles, pen stand, etc. Abhinav and Nitin of NCUI Haat project from Ethics Group gave a demonstration of the NCUI Haat e-commerce portal.

नदियां, सभ्यता-संस्कृति-भाषा और जमीर की जननी है:-एस्रो के तत्वाधान में "आओ जाने नदियों का दर्द, एस्रो की जुबानी" श्रृंखला के अंतर्गत जन जागरूकता कार्यक्रम चल रहा है जिसमे बागपत जिले के नदी के किनारों के गाँवो से 14 विद्यालयों में सघन अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।

एस्रो परिवार ने बागपत जिले की तीनो नदियां यमुना, हिंडन और कृष्णी के प्रति *नदियों का दर्द, एस्रो की जुबानी* जनजागरूकता मुहीम चलाने का निर्णय लिया है। आगामी 17 अप्रैल 2023 से यह जनजागरूकता अभियान प्रारम्भ हो रहा है, जिसके अंतर्गत विद्यार्थियों और युवाओ में नदियों पर चर्चा होगी।
