5. Certificate of Identity

This document may be issued to a person who is not a citizen of the United Republic of Tanzania and cannot obtain a passport from the his country of origin or does not have citizenship of any country for the purpose of travelling off Tanzania.

Plea Bargaining ni nini.?

Ni kitendo cha mwendesha mashitaka kuingia katika makubaliano na mtuhumiwa ya kumaliza kesi "kishkaji" kabla haijafika kwenye maamuzi ya kimahakama.

But inaisha "Kishkaji" ktk utaratibu uliowekwa na sheria, na si makosa yote Plea Bargaining ina apply.

Starting a corporation requires a person to apply for the Certificate of incorporation from BRELA.

The promoters of the company are required to draw and submit the certificate and Memorandum and articles of association.
