@UbisoftSupport @UbisoftSupport sadly the seller stated they do not have the governors edition in stock so they probably can't replace it. they say i have to wait (dont know for what) or return the governors edition.

My Steelbook from the Anno Collectors Edition is heavily damaged in the factory. How can i get a replacement? @bol_com @Ubisoft @UbisoftSupport It really makes me sad. the box itself was all good and undamaged so this is clearly someone in the factory who said... well...

@Aerock_H @ANNO_EN looks like they stopped caring about the rest of the world. its a german made game but you can only buy it in the US, Germany and UK. rest of europe can only dream. @ubisoft wont answer tickets, and @ANNO_DE @ANNO_EN wont share details either.
