@MyStraightTalk Still no reply to the message you told me to send about my horrible customer experience with you. Lost 40 dollars for a defective product. Now looking at my options as a consumer, terrible experience.
@MyStraightTalk Horrible customer service from Straighttalk-I bought a SIM activation kit from Wallmart, was assured it was compatible with my unlocked phone. It does not work and your company refusing to refund even though they say it is not my fault. Lost 40 dollars, shameful
@KLM I am still waiting more than 5 weeks later for anyone to reply to my query that I was assured numerous times would be responded to. Absolutely shocking customer service.
@KLM Still awaiting a response (anything, even an email) from Flying Blue/KLM. Absolutely nothing for three weeks now, could not feel less appreciated as a member of a loyalty programme.

I was delighted to become a Flying Blue Silver member thanks to flying transatlantic several times a year with KLM but unfortunately, it has been hands down the worst customer experience I have ever received. And I feel anything but valued as a loyal customer.
