AI is already changing executive support. The professionals paying attention are not worried about being replaced. They are figuring out how to use it to become indispensable.
Joining the @ES_Programme AMA tomorrow to dig into exactly this.

We hear it all the time. AI will take our jobs.
But the support professionals paying attention are using it to think faster and show up more strategically than ever.

Most people underestimate executive support because they only see the tasks.
What they do not see is the composure, the tone, the silence. All of it shapes the environment around your executive.
Presence is not separate from performance. It is part of the job so carry it right!
The most capable assistant in the room can still be the least useful one if they are not aligned with where their executive is headed.
That understanding is where real executive support begins.
70% of hiring decisions are made within the first five minutes of an interview. The way you show up before you say a word matters more than most people realise.
Tomorrow, @kanky_umana will be guiding our participants through how to show up, speak up, and stand out.
How does executive support evolve from checking boxes to shaping outcomes?
We are excited to welcome Orlyne Passy to discuss how support becomes co-creation. With 8+ years of experience across Africa, she understands how to reduce cognitive load for leaders.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: We’d like to share an update regarding our upcoming sessions.
The AMA Session and the start of Stream 11 have been rescheduled to Wednesday, 29th April.
Kindly update your calendar. We look forward to having you join us.
What does the ES Programme actually do for you? Gwen Chisom Ejiofor is pulling back the curtain.
As a graduate, she’ll share the mindset shifts and practical skills that changed how she supports leaders. If you’re eyeing Stream 11, don’t miss this!
Most imagine executive support as calendars and emails.
Unwana Daniel practices the version that actually moves the needle: thinking three steps ahead and co-creating outcomes.
Join our AMA session tomorrow to learn how she shifted from task completion to true partnership.
A lot of what I do (tangential to building out the Skills-Jobs-Spaces ecosystem) is supporting those building the future of Africa.
There are so many people building different aspects of our future, requiring competent and intentional support. Someone has/had to build the system and talent to ensure they have the support to do the hard work.
Task completion is one level, but co-creation is what is required. We’ve just concluded Stream 10 of the Executive Support Programme (@ES_Programme) and conversations about what is needed will help us to refine the learning experiences within the program.
The overall aim is to help those who aspire to be great Number 2s learn what Number 1 requires.
If you see this and you’re a Number 1, make it a date to join in on the 14th. If you’re a Number 2, here’s your chance to learn what your potential co-creators need.
Most executives have had assistants who completed tasks but never really engaged with the work. @theaniezekiel knows exactly what that gap costs, and what closes it.
He joins our AMA panel to speak to what co-creative support actually enables at the leadership level.
“The role is a lot more than managing calendars or emails.”
Unwana Daniel, EVA and ES Programme graduate, on what it really means to support an executive at the highest level.

And the Stream 10 of the ES Programme comes to a close.
It’s been weeks of showing up, learning, unlearning, and doing the work. Our students stayed committed through it all, and the facilitators gave their time, energy, and insight to make the experience count.
