In building out the Executive Support Programme for Executive Virtual Assistants (EVAs) and Executive Personal Assistants (EPAs), the entry point was critical.
So many of the learners come into the Programme because
1. They want the ease of remote work as a *side hustle*.
2. They want an additional stream of income.
Nothing wrong with that but very often, this meant they also wanted minimal work and work that doesnāt require too much critical thinking.
āJust tell me what to do and when you want it then leave me beā type of energy.
The problem? Builders, Founders and CEOs need CAPABLE and INTENTIONAL Co-Creators and no one prepares learners for that.
We do.
Iām grateful for the opportunity to design and teach a new league of Co-Creators who support those building tomorrow.

X throws up some fascinating questions. Does the fact that my stream is flooded to day by football fans saying nasty things about @Arsenal - rather than praising @PSG -have anything to do with the fact they find the gigantic support Arsenal has been getting on the streets of North London (1.5 million - unprecedented for any parade say @MetPolice) too much for them to accept? It has spread globally, too - look at #Uganda, #Nigeria #Kenya . To keep things in perspective, about 90% of anti-Arsenal tweets come from people with less than 200 followers. Not sure what that says - but 1.5 million is a staggering figure whichever way you look at it.

@NessaIsBlooming@evistarrrr@LanreyAfolabi I wrote about it (because it takes some exploration).
But here are three points that I think are relevant:
1. The thing: https://t.co/UUJTMg8A4y
2. How it affects the youth: https://t.co/o2ScwQQUbN
3. Why the world likes where we are: https://t.co/nH7qbij1LX
@NessaIsBlooming@evistarrrr@LanreyAfolabi Oh I agree with this.
That said, I suggest going one step further because while this is correct, the foolishness is incentivized. There is a targeted reward hence its attraction.
@evistarrrr@__Inyene Itās part of a bigger socio-cultural problem.
#AcuteOpportunism is eating our youth alive.
