@owenjonesjourno 1/2 I had something similar last year & it took 6 weeks of 40mg omeprazole daily to start to feel anything resembling normal. Ended up in a&e twice with it but it seemed like a severe case of gastritis (stress induced perhaps). Push for endoscopy if possible. Don’t mix gaviscon..
