@akhadilkarMD Love this. Can I make one suggestion? Limit acronyms. Since one goal is others can read your note, use the power of your EMR to be able to type the acronyms, but then the EMR spells it out. Makes for slightly longer notes, but better read by others. Coming from an ophthalmologist
