We’re growing at @CaneKast and looking to hire a VP ops type role. This role will need foundry experience as roughly half of the role is driving manufacturing with the other half running the day to day of our functions … so this will be the person running all of the HQ weekly meetings (pricing, ops, new products, leadership, etc), driving AI/efficiency into each of the functions (with our CTO architecting/coding). This role will jump into both the day to day of manufacturing as well as ensuring we’re running the rest of CaneKast well, being the center piece that ties everything in the company together. The right candidate logically transitions into a president/CEO role in the future.

@NickKrasz_Wx @225MPH_EF4 Thought it might be interesting to share one of the photos I got of that exact tornado. Wild chase, at one point this was to our E-NE, a different wall cloud to our NW, and a developing rope to our SW.
