BREAKING — Just moments ago in Iran, Tehran's Naziabad area, Iranian protesters blocked major roads & took to the streets as the nationwide anti-Islamist-regime, pro-Shah uprising continues into its 8th consecutive night. Share this so the world can see what is happening in Iran.
I support the protesters in Iran who promote appreciation of their great Persian heritage. Syria is a symbol that a 54 year dictatorship can flee to Moscow.

A teenager from Iran sent me these videos with this message:
“I was terrified while filming them. Please share them and show the world that we, the people of Iran, do not want this regime.”
The protests in Iran began in Tehran and are now spreading to cities across the country.

As we celebrate the miracle of Christmas in the heart of Bethlehem, wishing all a blessed and Merry Christmas. May peace and love fill your hearts this holiday season.
We condemn the terrorist attack on a joint Syrian–American force near Palmyra and we stand in solidarity with the families of the victims.
Syria will remain committed to working with partners to prevent ISIS’s resurgence and protect regional and international stability.
Today’s cowardly terrorist ambush on U.S. personnel in Syria, which claimed the lives of two brave American soldiers and a dedicated civilian interpreter, is a stark and outrageous reminder that terrorism remains a vicious and persistent threat, capable of striking even as we work to eradicate it.
A limited number of U.S. forces remain deployed in Syria solely to finish the job of defeating ISIS once and for all, preventing its resurgence, and protecting the American homeland from terrorist attacks. Our presence empowers capable local Syrian partners to take the fight to these terrorists on the ground, ensuring that American forces do not have to engage in another costly, large-scale war in the Middle East. We will not waver in this mission until ISIS is utterly destroyed, and any attack on Americans will be met with swift and unrelenting justice.
Alongside the Syrian Government, we will relentlessly pursue every individual, facilitator, financier, and enabler involved in this heinous act. They will be identified and held accountable swiftly and decisively. As President Trump has said, the United States will not tolerate threats to our people, and we will ensure that those responsible are held accountable.
We welcome the strong commitment of Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa, who shares our ironclad resolve to identify, pursue, and hold accountable the perpetrators of this attack. Together we will eradicate terrorism in Syria.
So annoyed by ridiculous commercials trying to convince me I should tell my doctor to prescribe medicines for ailments I don’t have that cause side effects I don’t want. Why are people so weak these days?

Grateful the Senate has passed a REPEAL of the Caesar Act as part of the NDAA!
These very severe sanctions were imposed on a regime which, thankfully, no longer exists. Syria’s success now depends on FULL & TOTAL repeal.
What an honor to meet with Admiral Cooper and President al-Sharaa in Damascus today. Grateful for the opportunity to discuss continued collaboration with President al-Sharaa to counter ISIS and work toward a stable, peaceful Syria.
#Syria: tonight marks the commemoration of the #Daraya massacre, committed by Regime 13 years ago.
While people were celebrating Eid Al-Fitr, Regime began cutting electricity and telecommunications on 20th August 2012 and all roads were blocked.
The town was then subjected to several days of intense bombardment before Regime troops entered the suburb and carried out house-to-house executions.
Some families were wiped out (at least 19 documented victims for Khashini family).
Many bodies were mutilated and burned.
The result: over 500 residents were killed in one week, including many children.
Regime thought this would crush the opposition in the area once and for all.
Instead, it fueled anger and made the residents even more determined, turning Daraya into one of the most stubborn bastions of resistance against Assad in the entire country.

The Commission’s fact-finding report on March coastal violence is a serious step towards definable and traceable metrics to the Syrian government’s responsibility, transparency, and accountability. Here is a measurable and definable accomplishment. A united, inclusive Syria requires justice pursued consistently and some cadenced patience from the outside world.
