Today the EU and #CaboVerde held a Ministerial meeting in Brussels, co-chaired by the Cabo Verdean and Belgian Foreign Ministers.

We focused on multilateralism, security, blue economy, fisheries, trade, and green policies.

Our Special Partnership is more promising than ever.

We congratulate Cabo Verde to the national strategy for the eradication of extreme poverty 2022-26.
A roadmap with the support of EU has been outlined for Cabo Verde to become the 1st country in the region to eradicate extreme poverty and to be an example for Africa.
