This is disgusting behaviour and I’m appalled at the treatment of this homeless man. The woman who posted this said the workers whacked him with a mop and also started harassing her for filming. Shame on you @SouthernRailUK - retweet.
@MaureenHefti@MackinnonDonald @imkidney @HenninghamPress @Toomai2 @UkeReenie @duffyeva@DrPunamKrishan If the Doctor has settled or was born in Scotland she is Scottish. We need to get over this obsession with tiny variations of DNA & embrace all the people who are our fellow country men or women.
@pro_G_77 @jbaldwin @misterhsk @McGinOxford @DrPunamKrishan This response is classic white privilege. You’re not a victim of racism yourself yet somehow you feel entitled to defend it, excusing racism on the grounds of ignorance. There has been sufficient education in this country on racism that no-one has any excuse.
Patient “I don’t want an Asian doctor”
Receptionist “she is Scottish”
Patient “she doesn’t look Scottish.”
Receptionist “what do Scottish people look like?”
Silence. Appointment card taken. So proud of my team 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

The farcical Occupation forces detain a 3 yr old Palestinian child they accused of planning an attack on them with a screwdriver. Since 2000 at least 8000 Palestinian children arrested and prosecuted in military detention systems #BoycottEurovision2019
The Senate just voted on legislation to defend babies who survive abortions. I voted to condemn infanticide & grant every baby who survives an abortion the same level of care any newborn would receive.
Tonight the Senate failed to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors-Protection Act. Anyone who voted against this legislation voted against providing medical care to babies born alive after failed abortions. Voting against this bill is simply heartless and immoral.
Infanticide is just wrong. Period. Infanticide should never be a partisan issue, but tonight some of my colleagues voted to allow born-alive babies to senselessly die. If a baby survives an abortion, they should be given a fighting chance to live.
