I recently visited 15 colleges with my son. I’ve also read the articles stating there will be a slew of closures over the next decade. What about turning the campuses into 55 and older communities?

I like its proximity to other places, easy to get to the beach and mountains and the city. We have a phenomenal downtown area. Great farmers markets and festivals and local bookstore and coffee shops etc. dislike how hot the summers are. Food scene is only ok but improving. Very active community with tons to do!

Don’t reheat it, eat it cold. If you have to reheat it do that in a skillet not the microwave. I like steak rare, so I’ll often use my leftovers for a steak and cheese or fajitas or something, but by the time I reheat them, they get to medium or medium well because they were rare to begin with.
