I was not quick to question him. I was quick to point out that those who were certain of his innocence and repeatedly stated that it was just a glitch, should not be speaking out yet, without more info.

I trust that Megan Basham would not lie about the DHS report, but maybe her source is bad.

It is highly unlikely that Samuel Sey would have traveled by air knowing he didn't have legal status.

So, this is probably not deliberate; however, neglecting to comply is still a huge issue, obviously.

If that's the case, perhaps his attorney can get him out on bail.

And if this is in fact the situation, I will give generously to the cause.

He was very overrated because his logic and arguments were wanting.

However, as a Christian I won't gloat and kick him when he's down, even if he's wrong.
