Swallowing Awareness day is just around the corner, so this month we are thinking about the problems children can have with eating, drinking & swallowing, & how we work with colleagues in health & education to support children & families facing feeding challenges. #sltfv#EDS
Fantastic and enthusiastic discussions had with Emma and Jane from @scottishbktrust around stories and transitions 🥰 Ty to Amanda (Sacred Heart/Beancross) Jane (Rannoch) for sharing our cluster approach. Also LOVED the chat about songs to support transitions! 🎶📚 @Rannoch_ELCC

Check out this little peekaboo expert!
The classic game can be played with babies of all ages - and is enjoyed in different ways at different points along the developmental continuum.
During the earliest months of infancy, your child knows the sight of your face better than anything and will often show surprise and delight in its repeated reappearance.
As babies grow, peekaboo can help to reinforce the concept of object permanence (the understanding that things continue to exist, even when out of sight).
And by a year or so, you’re likely to find your baby initiating peekaboo (or in this case “ah-boo!”) on their own - turning the tables and hiding themselves in the process.
This sweet little one, who’s also incorporating some cool new gross motor development into his fun, was posted to IG by _lianagrace_.
