Swallowing Awareness day is just around the corner, so this month we are thinking about the problems children can have with eating, drinking & swallowing, & how we work with colleagues in health & education to support children & families facing feeding challenges. #sltfv#EDS

Music can be used to support emotional literacy in children & be a gateway to fully exploring feelings in a safe way. Whether it's a kitchen disco, soothing bedtime lullaby or gentle song, music can help children learn how to express their feelings, and manage them.

Our next Grangemouth, Braes and Bo'ness clusters PEEP network meeting is on Thursday 27th Feb at 3.30pm in Rannoch ELCC. There will be representatives talking about their PEEP journey and information on sleep discussed. If you cannot attend please inform Kathryn Ralston 😊
