Children learn how to learn in the #EarlyYears They learn how to be themselves, be kind, how to investigate, ask questions, how to share, move their bodies, how to look after themselves & others, think for themselves & problem solve. They do not need an adult-imposed curriculum.

1) Had a small bonding breakthrough with a child with SEND who laughed & gave eye contact
2) The satsuma I had earlier was juicy
3) The boy cat hasn’t brought in a mouse this evening... yet...

@FakeHeadteacher In a previous career I had an exit interview where my reasons for leaving were predicted by management. I corrected some incorrect assumptions. I think they can be useful for companies/schools if used correctly & if people are really prepared to listen & act on what they find out
