Why is it that @MelissaLeeCNBC@BKBrianKelly@andrewrsorkin@BeckyQuick@JoeSquawk@BobPisani@carlquintanilla@davidfaber@jimcramer or anyone else at @CNBC for that matter, have never highlighted or reported on how the @SECGov attacked ALL #XRPHolders (not just @Ripple) by absurdly claiming ALL #XRP were unregistered securities, including #XRP acquired independent of Ripple, and without knowledge of Ripple’s existence, including #XRP purchased by people who learned how to acquire it from the @CNBCFastMoney show, or from the multiple articles on https://t.co/5Co2tjNZTk on how to acquire the then 3rd largest Crypto asset in the World. In fact, Cramer called it a “scam” on air only AFTER the SEC attacked it, and not too long after he had @GaryGensler on his show. Cramer started calling every Crypto asset a security, which was inconsistent with his previous statements, after Gensler’s appearance on Mad Money. 🤔
75K #XRPHolders from the United States and 143 other countries around the 🌎 joined and sued the SEC, asking to be named defendants - something NEVER attempted before. Instead, they were granted amicus status. Considering the judge cited #XRPHolders’ Affidavits in her ruling, those retail investors had a significant impact on the decision. Yet, CNBC has never once discussed such an extraordinary occurrence. Why?
Could it really just be because the lawyer for those 75K holders has been very critical of former SEC Chairman Clayton, a CNBC Contributor, who regularly appears on air. If true, it really is a sad statement on journalism today. I was a big fan of CNBC for years but it has become clear that they do not care about retail or individual investors.
👏 Congrats on this outstanding achievement @Ripple!

Here is Elon Musk, one of the shrewdest people in history, informing you about how corrupt the #SEC is! #XRP This highlights why it is important for people to recognize how significant this success for $XRP is; when institutions are finally given permission to hold #XRP, life will be transformed. Be thankful for having acquired it at a low price and fortunate enough to be amongst the top 1% when that time arrives.

The @SECGov is a broken institution and that’s not an opinion - that’s a fact not debatable at this point. A regulator who refuses to provide any real guidance, not only to market participants, but also appellate courts, all because it wants to maintain an opaque and vague regulatory environment, allowing it to prosecute anything or anyone in the future, is an agency that needs to be overhauled. Let’s not forget, the Office of General Counsel also advised Hinman that he shouldn’t declare ETH a non-security, not because it was a security or because it was unfair to pick the winners - but because it might limit the SEC’s ability to go after ETH in the future. That kind of attitude is an absolute disgrace.
