You're a danger to everyones safety until you surrender your weapon at that point. He's lucky he wasn't shot while holding onto the rifle he just shot someone dead with.

If this country wants to let folks who killed people like Rittenhouse and Zimmerman go free, then he should go just as free. If this country wants to throw killers in jail for 30 years, they ALL need to be locked up.
