@HMRCcustomers Hi Nav, it's for tax purposes. I want to give authorised agent access, however I cannot get in to update my details. I need to update my address and I can't do that because the system can't recognise me? If I could speak to someone on the phone to verify the details?

@HMRCcustomers Issue: We could not find any records that match the details you entered. I have entered my NI number, DOB and name and it can't be found. I've rang 5 different numbers from your website and there is not even a dial tone? The webchat is a bot that can't assist. Can you help?
