In dedicated fastag lanes we are not collecting money, it is only for fastag user's. But sometimes the fastag of some commuters will not be read by RFID,due to some tag https://t.co/ug8Tvk2I4I that time our staff will use Handheld Readers to transfer the data.

Our Marshal is standing at all the dedicated Fastag lanes to check whether the vehicle has Fastag Tag Or Not.

And in other case, due to heavy traffic,the Non-Fastag vehicles are also entering into the dedicated lanes, as we don't have Ejection lane for the vehicle.
